( Mandatory TAB) Only appears after you SAVE the product.

This is a very good marketing tool which should always be used by the vendors to showcase the complete range available for a product in the catalog. Use this tab to Create links among the products from the same catalog. This can be done on the last product which is added rather than from starting since it will then have all the products with in same catalog to be linked with each other.

E.g. If you have a Product in 6 Colors/Designs in a catalog then choose any one of it (after all of them have been created) and open the Product (you can search for similar products using Search bar on right panel), go into its Related Products tab and Add rest of the in related products so that the user can then see all the five other colors available in this tab on the product page.

  1. Open Related Products tab and CLICK on the Add Product button.

  2. A search page will open Enter the name of the Product / Product Code etc. in the text box Find Results with and Press the Search Button. This will help you search the specific products only which should be linked.

  3. After you get the Search Results, select the Checkbox to select all the products (you can select one by one also) and Press button Add Products and Close.

  4. Press the Save button on top right hand corner to save these products and create cross links.

  5. Verify the product and the related products once by using the Product Preview button.

You will be able to see the Main Product and the Related Products with it on the right hand panel, this will give the customers extra items to look at from one page which are co-related.

11. Options Tab

( Product options and variants) Only appears after you SAVE the product.

This tab allows you to manage the product options and option variants as well as controlling the option combinations and adding forbidden/allowed combinations. Its means for a product if you have different sizes, or colors etc. if options are added then there is no need to create a separate product to display each option, that information can be added in the Product Options and relative parameters like Price , Weight, Stock etc. can be attached to it. So that when the customer selects the product he can choose the particular size etc. and the relative changes in Price, Weight etc. will reflect on the same page itself. If you have standard Options across all products goto the Products Menu > Options and create a Global Option over there which will be use across products.

To OPEN the OPTIONS tab click on More Button on right hand side and Select Options from the list.

Product options appear on the product details page on the storefront as selectable or input parameters to the product. E.g.: We get Variant in Sizes [S, M, L, and XL] in Apparel and 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in Footwear category.

  1. Click   button. or use Global Option to avoid adding manual options in every product.
  2. Under General Tab, add the name of the Option like Size.
  3. Upload the Size Chart of the Products as shown below in the image:

  4. Add position as 10, 20, 30 etc. for every new Option created.
  5. Let the Type = Select Box.
  6. Make the Required field as mandatory by clicking the checkbox.
  7. Now go to Variant Tab and add the variants as per availability of variant like We get Variant in Sizes [S, M, L, XL] in Apparel and 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 in Footwear category.
  8. Click Save button.
  9. Again open the created Option, and Check the Inventory box and again save.

Repeat the steps for different Variants available for your product.

As variants are added to the product in Options tab, the “ Track with Product option” will get populated in General Tab à Inventory. Select same in Inventory & SAVE. It will enable “Edit” Link under In Stock in General Tab itself.

  1. Go to General Tab and click Edit link under “In stock.”
